- Prepare 1 block Atsuage
- Provide 1 Avocado
- Provide 1 can Canned tuna
- Get 200 ml Canned tomatoes (diced)
- Provide 1 clove Garlic
- Get 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Take 1 Parmesan cheese
- Take 1 tbsp Olive oil
