  1. Use 2 boxes tomato passata (1kg)
  2. Provide 2 medium/large onions
  3. Provide 5 cloves garlic
  4. Use 6 sundried tomatoes (from a jar in oil)
  5. Prepare 1 bottle red wine (75cl)
  6. You need Oil to fry (rapeseed/sunflower)
  7. Provide Dried wild mushrooms (optional)
  8. Use Oregano (fresh or dried)

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and the onions. Roughly chop and add to a food processor. Blitz until finely chopped
